I found the layout convenient for families, especially with a toilet separated from the shower. The breakfast options offered a decent start to the day.

Ants were in our room, and the bathtub was clogged. Housekeeping did not clean until late in the evening, which affected our comfort during the stay.

The beds were super soft, and I absolutely loved the complimentary breakfast every morning! The indoor swimming pool and leisure room were perfect for winding down after a long day. The only hiccup was a minor cleanliness issue in the common areas, but it didn't ruin our time here. 😊

The absence of security cameras makes the parking lot feel unsafe!!! The pool was out of service during my stay, which was a letdown for the kids!!!

Our family had a pleasant 2-night stay. The separate toilet and shower offered privacy, but the bathroom design could improve for nighttime use. On the bright side, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast, while limited, included tasty options. A short drive to great restaurants nearby!

An appropriate option for a quick stopover in San Antonio with fantastic value for money. The room had plenty of space for our family of 5, which made our stay comfortable. Just make sure to follow up on any maintenance requests. they took a while to address ours.

The hotel was super clean and the room was spacious with a comfy bed. Staff was friendly and helpful, but breakfast was pretty underwhelming, just grab-and-go stuff. Also, the fitness center could use more equipment. Enjoyed the snack bar for late-night munchies. Overall, good vibes, just need a few tweaks to be great.

The room was exceptionally spacious and had a cozy corner with a sofa bed that was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The amenities included a microwave and mini-refrigerator which made snacking easy. The location is ideal, as it’s close to the airport and offers quick access to local attractions.
